1. General Accessibility Quick Tips

How to Zoom In on Your Screen

Zooming in can help you see details more clearly:

  • On Windows: Press the Windows key and the plus sign (+) at the same time. Or use the “Magnifier” app found under “Accessories”.
  • On macOS: Go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom and enable the zoom feature.
  • On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and toggle the Zoom switch to “On”.
  • In browsers: Use “Ctrl” (or “Cmd” on Mac) + plus (+) or minus (–) keys to zoom in or out.

How to Change Color Contrast or Fonts

Changing font size and color contrast can improve visibility and readability:

  • Internet Explorer: Go to Tools > Internet Options > General, and then select Colors, Fonts, or Accessibility.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Navigate to Options > Content > Fonts & Colors to make your changes.
  • Safari: Select Preferences > Appearance, then adjust fonts using the “Select…” buttons.
  • Google Chrome: Go to Settings > Appearance or Accessibility. You can customize fonts, colors, and zoom levels here.

Screen Reader Tools

Screen readers convert digital text into spoken words for users who are blind or have low vision:

  • For Windows: NVDA is a free screen reader. JAWS is a widely used commercial option.
  • For macOS: VoiceOver is built-in and can be enabled under System Preferences > Accessibility.
  • For iOS Devices: Enable VoiceOver through Settings > Accessibility.
  • For Android Devices: Use the TalkBack feature found in Settings > Accessibility.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of KB Aesthetics’ digital content. Your input helps us improve the experience for all users.
