48-Hour Cancellation Policy
At KB Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure efficiency and accommodate all patients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any fees.
- Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $150
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service price of the treatment
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on availability.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to provide the highest level of care to all of our patients. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
