Chemical Peels (VI Peel®)
VI Peel® is a medical-grade chemical peel designed to improve skin texture, tone, and visible discoloration while promoting healthy skin renewal. This advanced peel is formulated to be safe and effective for a wide range of skin types and skin tones, making it an excellent option for addressing sun damage, acne scarring, melasma, and uneven pigmentation. In addition to facial treatments, VI Peel® can also be used on the body to improve the appearance of pigmented scars and sun damage. By stimulating cell turnover and collagen production, VI Peel® helps smooth fine lines, refine pores, and reveal brighter, more refreshed skin. Treatments are customized to your individual skin concerns, offering a powerful yet controlled approach to achieving a clearer, more youthful-looking complexion.
Pre-Treatment Instructions
Post-Care Instructions
Prior to your VI Peel appointment, please discontinue the use of retinoids, exfoliants, and other active skincare products as directed. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and waxing in the treatment area for at least 1 week before treatment. Please arrive with clean skin and no makeup. If you have a history of cold sores, please let us know prior to your appointment so appropriate precautions can be taken. Be sure to inform us of any medical conditions, current medications, or recent skin treatments.
After your VI Peel, redness, tightness, dryness, and visible peeling are expected and part of the treatment process. Peeling typically begins within 2–3 days and may last several days. You will be provided access to the VI Peel app, which includes detailed aftercare instructions, along with a take-home aftercare kit containing everything needed for recovery, including post-treatment cream and sunscreen. Avoid sun exposure, excessive heat, and strenuous activity during the peeling phase. Do not pick or pull at peeling skin. For optimal results, an initial series of 3 VI Peels is recommended within 1 year.
